Services

We offer professional, culturally-focused outpatient psychotherapy, delivered through telehealth, individually or in a group. We treat all types of mental health issues and have licensed specialists, helping you heal from historical trauma and intergenerational trauma.
If you need psychotherapy, education, addiction prevention and recovery, advocacy, or clinical supervision, we are help to help you. We specialize in working with BIPOCC peoples but we welcome anyone who needs help.
Intergenerational trauma, cultural eradication, and oppression effect all minorities.
Individual and group therapy is a proven method of healing. This process necessitates participation and may include an investment from the patient and provider alike. Due to this, customer care is of great importance to us. We aim to treat you with dignity and respect no matter who you are, what your background, or what your circumstances are.
